POOL REGULATION

Pool hours 9:00 am - 8:00 pm

1. Access to any pet, except service animals, is prohibited.
2. The use of any substance or object that contaminates the pool is prohibited.
3. The complex's pool is for the exclusive use of Alma Serrana Guests.
4. Pool users are required to wear appropriate clothing, taking care of morals and good manners.
5. People who use the pool will do so at their own risk, since there is no lifeguard service.
6. In the event of an incident, those responsible will be subject to penalties and / or fines as established by the internal regulations.
7. Loud music speakers are not allowed in common areas.
8. It is not allowed to use glass containers in the pool and deck area.

PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT IT IS A QUIET PLACE AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO RESPECT OTHER GUESTS.

GRILL AREA REGULATION

1. Use of the Grill: Only guests staying at Alma Serrana will be able to use this area.
2. The hours of use of grills are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm in summer and from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm in winter.
3. If you want to use the barbecue area, request it at the reception at breakfast, so that the area can be prepared and provided with the necessary tools.
4. After use, the grill and the used area must be left clean and in order. It is important that the garbage generated is put in the bins intended for this purpose, to prevent the local fauna from breaking the bags.
5. High volume music talks are not allowed in the common areas.

RULES OF PROCEDURE

All the people who stay at Alma Serrana, during their stay, will be subject to this regulation, which is considered an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled.

1.-TIME OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE:

The entry time is set at 3:00 pm -
Departure time is s at 10am. After that time an extra charge will be charged according to the property rates.

2.-KEYS: A set of keys is delivered.

As I mentioned at the time of check in, it is important that the key is left at the reception when they leave the property. In this way, losses and charges for replacement and change of locks are avoided.

3.-TOWELS: It is forbidden (without any exception) to remove towels from the house-room.

4.-SILENCE HOURS: It is between 10:00 pm to 09:00 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and other guests of the complex.

5.-Any damage to the property or its goods, caused by the guests will be fully covered by the guest.

6.-The accommodation is non-transferable; The Administration declines responsibility for any loss of values ​​of any kind in the house-room. Please use the safe that is available on the property to avoid missing or lost.

7. Turn off lights, TV, fans, heating when leaving the house-room. There are fines for leaving air on when the property is vacant.

9.-For everyone's safety, when leaving, close the access doors to the cabin

10.-Cleaning services are done in the morning. Towels are changed every other day. If you require a change of sheets every third day, please inform the manager. Take care of the white in rooms, in case of stains, $ 1500 will be charged for special washing and stain removal. In case it is not possible to remove stains, the person in charge must cover the replacement cost.

11.-You should not sit down and leave wet clothes on chairs and beds.

12.- DO NOT SMOKE in areas of the house-room only where it is allowed or in terrace areas and / or balconies, otherwise there will be a charge for ionization of the air, cleaning and special disinfection.

13.-If you wish to have outside visits, please check with the manager to see the special policies in case it applies at certain times.

14.-Pets are prohibited in the properties or common areas

16. Breakfast is served in the SUM in the summer months, and in the winter months in the Cabaña. The hours are from 930 am to 10:30 am
